On March 21, the Head of Armenia-Italy Friendship Group of the RA National Assembly visited Politaly Italian Company is in the city of Abovyan and met with the Director of the Company Filippo Duzioni.

In the course of the meeting Koryun Nahapetyan highly assessed the Italian businessman’s activities directed to the organization of the production with local raw material and Italian technologies. The Head of the Friendship Group assured that the Group in the parliamentary format will support all the initiatives which will be directed to the development of Armenia-Italy economic relations. He has underlined that at present the involvement of the foreign companies in Armenia is greatly paid attention to and the creation of the favourable environment for their development.

In his turn Filippo Duzioni has underlined that there is great interest towards the Armenian market among the Italian businessmen. He has underlined that the membership of Armenia to the Eurasian Economic Union will open new opportunities for the investors of his country.

The interlocutors touched upon the issues of the investment encouragement in Armenia, the training of the Armenian workers in Italy, the creation of the Armenian-Italian Educational-Production Centre, as well as establishing workshops with the involvement of the Italian capital in the borderline communities.

During the tour Koryun Nahapetyan got familiarized with the activities of the workshops of different Italian companies deployed in Politaly Company.
